- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 4 tsp. butter, melted and cooled
- 1 lemon, grated rind and juice
Directions

1Sift sugar and flour together.

2Set aside.

3Beat eggs, blend all other ingredients with eggs and mix well.

4Add mixture to flour and sugar mixture and mix well again.

5Pour into an unbaked pastry shell.

6Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 250° and bake 30 minutes or until pie tests done.
