- 6 medium size potatoes
- 3/4 c. hot milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion (if desired)
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water 25 to 30 minutes. Drain and mash.

2Add milk, butter, seasonings and baking powder. Beat until fluffy.

3Add onion.
