- 1 3/4 Hamburg
- 1 3/4 lb. Ground Pork
- 2 medium Onion
- 4 stalks Celery
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Cloves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. French's Mashed Potato Flakes or leftover Mashed Potatoes
- 10 inch Pie Crust
Directions

1Simmer beef and pork in large frypan.

2Peel onion and dice. Dice celery.

3Add onion and celery to meat mixture.

4Cover and simmer until the liquid is almost all absorbed.

5Add the package of potatoes or 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, salt, pepper and spices.

6Cool overnight.

7Stir before using.

8Place filling in a 10 inch pie crust.

9Cover top with crust.

10Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until crust is browned.
