French Onion Rice

- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (4 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute rice in butter in skillet or saucepan until lightly browned.

2Add soup mix and water.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cover and remove from heat.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Fluff with a fork and sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
