  • 1/2 lb spinach leaves, frozen (but thawed)
  • 14 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces cheese, grated
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 - 1 cup heavy cream
  • basil
  • pepper
  • salt

    Preaheat oven to 400 degrees.

    Grease a baking dish.

    Spread thawed spinach in baking dish.

    Season salmon with salt& pepper.
