- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 stick butter
Directions

1You will need 2 small bowls or one bowl per person.

2Put milk and egg in bowl.

3Beat and add flour and mix until smooth.

4Set oven at 425°.

5Need pie pan (metal or glass) for each person.

6Cut butter or oleo; use it to grease pie pan and leave the rest in the pan.

7Put in the oven for 5 minutes before you are ready to pour batter in.

8Don't let butter or oleo brown.

9Quickly pour batter into heated pie pan.

10Tilt a bit, but do not stir.

11Return to oven; bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

12Set on hot pad and serve with syrup, jelly or fruit or plain.

13The pancake curls up like a bird's nest.
