- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Heat together in saucepan the milk and butter.

2When slightly cooled, beat in the eggs, flour, baking powder and salt; beat until smooth.

3Melt a little butter in skillet; do not burn.

4Pour in batter; tilt skillet slightly to cover bottom evenly.

5Cook for 1 minute.

6Loosen with spatula; flip and cook other side.

7Makes 6 good size French Pancakes.
