- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 tsp. flour or 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. liquid from canned peas
- 1 (16 oz.) can peas
- seasoned salt
Directions

1In a saucepan, cook green onions and lettuce in margarine over low heat for about 5 minutes.

2Combine flour with water and add to lettuce mixture.

3Stir until thickened.

4Add peas and salt; simmer until heated thoroughly.

5(May be cooked in microwave.)
