- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Beat egg whites.

2Add sugar and vanilla.

3Beat well.

4Mix pecans in and take out, one at a time.

5Put on a buttered cool cookie sheet.

6Preheat oven to 250°.

7Cook pecans for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave in for 10 minutes.

8Move from cookie sheet to waxed paper.

9Will store in tin container only.
