- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) prime rib roast
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. pepper blend, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
Directions

1Place rib roast in a large bowl.

2Combine olive oil and Worcestershire sauce; rub this mixture thoroughly into roast.

3Mix all herbs and spices together; place on a large piece of waxed paper.

4Roll the roast in the seasonings until covered.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours, or until meat thermometer reaches 160° for medium.

6Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Serve with Parmesan Potatoes.
