Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 jar ( 4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 8oz. can water chestnuts, sliced, undrained

Directions

    Combine soup, butter. Stir well.

    Drain mushrooms and water chestnuts. Save liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make 1 1/3 cups.

    Add all rice. Stir well and add to lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
