- 2 pouches unsweetened chocolate or 2 sq., melted
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pie crust, baked
Directions

1Cream the butter. Gradually add sugar at medium speed until light and fluffy. Stir in chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each.

2Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into crust.

3Top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Chill 2 hours before serving.
