  • 1/2 c. real butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chocolate wafer crust, graham cracker crust or regular crust
  • whipped cream

Directions

    In mixing bowl, cream the butter; gradually add sugar.

    Cream until light and fluffy.

    Blend in unsweetened chocolate and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition (medium speed). Turn filling into chocolate wafer crust, graham cracker crust or regular crust.

    Chill several hours.

    Top with whipped cream.
