- 150 g plain flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 230C.

2With a little oil, grease 6 popover tins or individual baking tins.

3Take a medium-sized bowl.

4Sift together the flour and salt in it.

5Make a well in the center.

6Add the eggs to the well.

7Beat the eggs at medium speed, drawing in the flour from the edges of the bowl to get a smooth and thick mixture.

8Add the milk, gradually, to get a smooth batter.

9Now, carefully pour the batter in the prepared tins.

10Bake for 15 minutes.

11Reduce the oven temperature to 180C.

12Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

13With the tip of a sharp knife, pierce each popover to allow the hot steam to escape.

14Serve hot.
