Directions

1Beat eggs and cream together.

2Slice bread into halves.

3Put skillet on fire with 1 tablespoon butter or shortening to get hot. Dip bread into egg mixture until covered.

4Place in skillet. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

5Let both sides of bread get lightly browned.
