  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 slices white bread

Directions

    Beat eggs, milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon well.

    Dip 8 slices of bread, one at a time, into mixture and cook in hot skillet with butter.

    Brown lightly on both sides.

    Serve with syrup.
