- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. peeled and chopped apples
- 2 c. broken pecans
Directions

1Mix the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together by hand. Add the remaining ingredients. After mixing all ingredients together by hand, pour into 3 waxed paper-lined pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool before icing.
