Ingredients: 4 c. diced apples (Delicious); 2 c. sugar; 2 large eggs; 2 1/2 c. flour; 2 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. soda; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. nutmeg; 1/2 c. Wesson oil; 1/2 c. orange juice; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 c. nuts; 1 pkg. Nestles chocolate

4 c. diced apples (Delicious)
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 pkg. Nestles chocolate

Directions

Peel apples and dice.

Pour sugar over them and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients.

Add eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla to sugar and apples.

Then add all dry ingredients.

Pour into a tube pan, Bundt pan or heavy large skillet. Sprinkle chips over top and bake. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Sometimes I don't even peel the apples.
