- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 2 large eggs
- 3 c. apples, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients.

2Stir in the apples and nuts with Wesson oil and eggs. Mixture will be thick.

3Mix well and spoon in a well-greased Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

4Cake is better day after.
