  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. each soda, salt, allspice, cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. raw apples, grated
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Cream sugar and oil.

    Sift remainder of dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with 1 well beaten egg at a time. Add vanilla, apples and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake 325° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
