Fresh Apple Cake

   Combine oil, sugar and eggs together.

   Add flour, salt, soda, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts, a little at a time.

   Add vanilla and apples to batter.

   Mix and pour into a floured and greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

   350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
