  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • Apple Dessert Sauce

    In large bowl, stir together apples and sugar.

    In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
