Ingredients: 1 c. Wesson oil; 2 c. sugar; 3 c. sifted flour; 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 2 eggs, beaten lightly; 2 tsp. vanilla; 1 c. chopped nuts; 3 c. diced fresh apples (Winesap, Rome)

2 c. sugar
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. diced fresh apples (Winesap, Rome)

Directions

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix. Then add apples and nuts. This makes a very stiff batter. Pour into Bundt pan. Spray with Pam or Crisco. I sprinkle with sugar so the cake will not stick. Bake about 1 hour at 325°.
