- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cut peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.

2Mix beef, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.

3Put into pepper halves; top with cheese.

4Arrange in shallow baking dish.

5Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers.

6Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
