  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. apples, finely chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix oil and sugar together.

    Add eggs.

    Do not use mixer.

    Mix well and add flour with cinnamon, soda and salt.

    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
