  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 c. raw apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Stir together sugar and oil.

    Stir in eggs.

    Sift dry ingredients (flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon).

    Add to sugar mixture.

    Add nuts, vanilla and apples.

    Pour into greased and floured pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
