  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 c. plain flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and apples.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
