  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. diced fresh apples
  • 1 c. buttermilk

    Mix ingredients together with a large heavy spoon in large bowl by hand or low speed on mixer.

    Mixture will be stiff.

    Pour into Bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325°.
