  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 c. sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 9-inch double crust pastry

Directions

    Toss with apples and lemon juice. Pour in pie shell.
