- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 12 bars Hershey's chocolate
Directions

1Arrange pecans in groups of 4 on cookie sheet.

2Combine milk and syrup.

3Cook over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Cook until caramel colored and thick (230° for 20 to 30 minutes) or to soft ball stage.

4Spoon caramel onto nuts while still hot. Top with 2 squares of chocolate bar on each Turtle and swirl when chocolate has melted.
