  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 12 bars Hershey's chocolate

    Arrange pecans in groups of 4 on cookie sheet.

    Combine milk and syrup.

    Cook over low heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Cook until caramel colored and thick (230° for 20 to 30 minutes) or to soft ball stage.

    Spoon caramel onto nuts while still hot. Top with 2 squares of chocolate bar on each Turtle and swirl when chocolate has melted.
