  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 6 c. sliced, pared and cored apples
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Prepare favorite pastry for double crust pie.

    To make filling, mix apples in dry ingredients.

    Dot with margarine.

    Make several slits in top crust.

    Cover pie with pastry, seal and flute edge. Bake in a 425° oven for 50 minutes.
