- 2 bunches fresh broccoli
- 10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, then crumbled
- 2/3 c. seedless raisins
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble.

2Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces.

3Combine in a bowl the broccoli, bacon, raisins and chopped onion.

4In another bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.

5Pour dressing over salad; toss and refrigerate.

6A very appealing salad that can be made 3 to 4 hours ahead of time.
