  • 4 cups Tomatoes (peeled And Diced)
  • 1 whole Sweet Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Basil
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 5 whole Lemons
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 package Pasta
  • Mozzarella And Parmesan Cheese

Directions

    Blanch and peel tomatoes.

    Chop finely or process in a food processor to 1/4-inch pieces.

    Chop onion, garlic, basil and parsley in the food processor or by hand.

    Add to tomatoes, including the juice.
