  • 3 c. fresh corn (cream-style)
  • 1 egg, separated
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Combine corn, egg yolk, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons margarine.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.

    Pour into buttered, shallow 1-quart baking dish and top with remaining margarine. Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
