  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
