- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 gm. fresh shrimp, chopped
- 4 c. shrimp juice or water
- 1 c. young corn, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ajinomoto
- 2 c. young pepper leaves
Directions

1Saute garlic and onions in oil.

2Add shrimp and shrimp juice. Combine corn and simmer until tender.

3Season salt and ajinomoto. Add young pepper leaves 3 minutes before removing from fire.
