- 3 cups figs Peeled, sliced fresh
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar

1Preheat the oven to 425.

9Roll out, cut, and lay on the lattice strips.

10Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over the lattice crust.
