Fresh Fish Ceviche

- 4 fillets fresh Triggerfish
- 3 lemons juice and zest of
- 1 teaspoon pepper pink
- 2 tablespoons pickles homemade cucumber
- fresh chives to taste
- 3 slices bread dark
- olive oil to taste
- oregano to taste
Directions

1Cut in fillets in very small pieces, and marinate in the lemon juice, lemon slices, and pink pepper for about 2 hours, or overnight.

2After the two hours, remove from the marinade. Garnish with diced pickles, and fresh chives. Serve with toasted dark bread season with olive oil, and oregano.
