  • 4 fillets fresh Triggerfish
  • 3 lemons juice and zest of
  • 1 teaspoon pepper pink
  • 2 tablespoons pickles homemade cucumber
  • fresh chives to taste
  • 3 slices bread dark
  • olive oil to taste
  • oregano to taste

Directions

    Cut in fillets in very small pieces, and marinate in the lemon juice, lemon slices, and pink pepper for about 2 hours, or overnight.

    After the two hours, remove from the marinade. Garnish with diced pickles, and fresh chives. Serve with toasted dark bread season with olive oil, and oregano.
