- 6 to 8 ears of corn
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1With a sharp knife, remove corn from cob (outer 1/2 of kernel).

2Take teaspoon and scrape down length of cob to extract rest of kernel and corn milk.

3Salt and pepper and set aside.

4Fry bacon; drain and crumble.

5Set aside.

6Add corn to bacon fat in skillet and cook slowly for 20 minutes.

7Add bacon and milk.
-
8Cook 5 additional minutes.

9Serve.

10Serves 2 to 4.
