- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup apple, peeled, diced 1/2 inch
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, any variety, uncooked
