  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup apple, peeled, diced 1/2 inch
  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup currants
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, any variety, uncooked
