  • 1-1/2 qt. strawberries, sliced
  • 1-1/2 qt. bananas, sliced
  • 1-1/2 qt. plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
  • 1-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Directions

    Layer 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) each of the strawberries, banana and yogurt in each of 24 (10-oz.)

    parfait glasses or dessert cups (or 1 parfait glass or dessert cup for trial recipe).

    Sprinkle each with 3 Tbsp.

    of the OREO Pieces and 1 Tbsp.

    of the coconut; cover.
