  • 1 baked pie shell
  • any fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, sliced peaches, etc.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 small box jello (flavor to match fruit)

Directions

    Bake pie shell; fill 1/2 full of fruit.

    Cook until clear the sugar, water and cornstarch, then add jello.

    Stir and cool.

    Pour over fruit and chill.

    May garnish with Cool Whip.
