- 1 c. yogurt or sour cream
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 oz. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh fruit
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in boiling water (first gelatin).

2Add yogurt or cream and mix with beater well. Refrigerate until thickened but not set.

3Stir in fruit.

4Pour in graham cracker crust.

5Refrigerate until ready to serve.
