- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 6 medium navel oranges, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 6 c. bite-size chunks of honeydew melon
- 3 c. bite-size chunks of cantaloupe melon
- 3 c. seedless red grapes
- 3 pt. strawberries
- 12 slices candied ginger, chopped
Directions

1Finely chop ginger root in a food processor or shred using large holes of a cheese grater.

2Pour 1 cup of boiling water into processor or put shredded ginger into a small bowl and cover with boiling water.
