  • 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges
  • 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 16 oz. frozen strawberries without sugar

Directions

    Combine tapioca, sugar (if using substitute, add to tapioca after cooking) and water in a saucepan and allow to stand for a few minutes.

    Cook until thick.

    Add orange juice, strawberries and oranges.

    Chill for 30 minutes.
