Ingredients
- 2 lb. large shrimp, peeled
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 stick butter, cut into pieces
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, chives and tarragon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in saute pan, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.

2Remove leaving oil and juices.

3Add garlic and cook until soft.

4Add wine and reduce mixture by half.

5Add lemon juice and heat to a boil.

6Remove from heat and whisk in butter until thick. Stir in herbs, season.

7Add shrimp and serve over angel hair pasta or parsley rice.

8Serves 4 to 6. Great for first courses, lunches and buffets.
