  • 10 -12lbs pork butt, whole pieces or boneless, but not ground, fatty is good
  • 2 TBS fresh minced garlic
  • 1 TBS garlic powder
  • 6 TBS Sea salt
  • 1 TBS Dill - Fresh, minced
  • 1 TBS Truvia
  • 8 TBS fresh ground coarse black pepper
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Marjoram, minced
  • If Pork not fatty enough consider adding bacon drippings to the seasoning mix.
  • 1 LB. Minced mushroons
  • 1 minced Sweet Onion
