- 1 c. fresh mint leaves and stems, firmly packed
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 (3 oz.) pouch liquid fruit pectin
- 4 to 5 drops green food color
Directions

1Wash mint, leaving stems intact.

2Crush or coarsely chop. Place in a large saucepan.

3Add sugar, water and vinegar.

4Over high heat, bring to a full rolling boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
