  • 1 c. fresh mint leaves and stems, firmly packed
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 (3 oz.) pouch liquid fruit pectin
  • 4 to 5 drops green food color

Directions

    Wash mint, leaving stems intact.

    Crush or coarsely chop. Place in a large saucepan.

    Add sugar, water and vinegar.

    Over high heat, bring to a full rolling boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
