- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk in a small bowl.

2Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture. Knead until dough forms a smooth ball. Roll dough out thinly and cut into desired shapes.

3Drop pasta into boiling salted water. Cook until al dente.

4Fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dry pasta.
