  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 to 8 pieces bread

Directions

    Cream butter.

    Add sugar.

    Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture. Fold in pineapple.

    Crust bread, cube and fold into mixture. Bake at 400°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

    Wonderful with ham.
